Job description

Our firm is currently looking for a IT support technician in one of our four offices, namely, Saint-Georges, Sainte-Marie, Lévis (Saint-Romuald sector) or Thetford Mines. With us, growth opportunities are waiting for you!

Under the supervision of the Director of IT Services, as an IT Support Technician , you will :

  • Respond to user IT support requests;
  • Analyze troubleshooting needs, identify the problem and provide the appropriate solution;
  • Ensure the maintenance and technological development of the IT equipment by deploying updates and upgrades to the key IT tools and applications of our users' workstations;
  • Be involved in managing company risks, as well as security, breakdowns and delays that our users may experience;
  • Collaborate and participate in different IT projects;
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
