So, What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?

• Inputting business into various company portals
• Back up to reception
• Updating claims information on files
• Invoicing an following up for payments from the client
• Issuing certificates of insurance and liability slips
  
• Speaking to underwriters and getting terms of renewal
• Contacting clients to update their files
• Sending letter to clients requesting information
• Working on special projects

Key Qualifications

• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
