A leading housing platform company in Toronto is seeking an experienced engineer to build intelligent automation that minimizes manual tasks. The role involves architecting integrations and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance automation within corporate platforms. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in software engineering, particularly with Python and cloud platforms such as AWS. Our Corporate Engineering team is building intelligent automation platforms that eliminate manual work and enable Opendoor to operate at software-first velocity.
By January 2027, our goal is to eliminate 90% of IT requests by building AI agents that provision access, resolve issues, and demonstrate compliance before employees even need to ask.
The base pay range for this position is $132,000 - $181,000 Canadian annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
