Leads the continuous improvement and alignment of Real Estate Secured Lending credit policies to lending practices and procedures. As the Senior Manager, Credit Policy, you will be a subject matter expert in mortgage credit and an advocate for mortgage sales and underwriting teams, identifying opportunities within the business risk appetite to unlock growth and ensure a seamless client experience.
Knowledge of Scotiabank’s mortgage technology platforms that support application, adjudication, accounting, and servicing activities. The incumbent should understand the purpose and high‑level work flows and limitations of MIMS, TLS, DRE, MAPS, ScotiaHOME, eHOME.
