A renewable energy company based in Longueuil is seeking a Specialist - Health & Safety Training to oversee the implementation of training programs across the organization. You will ensure compliance with health and safety training requirements, manage the learning management system, and develop annual training plans. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with training programs, and a relevant degree. The Specialist - Health & Safety Training will report to the Senior Director, Health and Safety (HS) and oversee the implementation of all aspects of HS training across all regions in the company, including minimum training requirements, training resource management and administration, program evaluation, training program and course development and documentation and recordkeeping. Innergex has a comprehensive HS Management system which includes a HS Policy and a specific standard on HS training; this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the training requirements specified in those documents.
Compensation for roles at Innergex varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, and level of experience. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary for the position is $85000 - $107000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired by Innergex, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
