About The Role – 36386 – Yardperson – 7 on/7 off rotation, Drive In/Drive Out (Williams Lake, BC)

We are seeking a Yardperson to support our bulk product delivery and assist blast crews at our Gibraltar site, located in the Williams Lake, BC area. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role ideal for those who thrive in a team environment and want to build a career in mining and construction.

Work Schedule
  • 7 days on/7 days off rotation
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Drive In/Drive Out
  • Reliable transportation will be provided from either Williams Lake or Quesnel. You must be able to be picked up at either of those locations.
What you will be doing
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture by using PPE and following safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Load and unload trucks; assist with on‑bench operations
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Support team members as needed
What you will bring
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Class 5, BC preferred)
  • 1+ years’ experience in construction, mining, or related field
  • Experience with equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction jobs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to site
  • Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Compensation
  • $32.00 - $34.00 CAD per hour
  • Medical on the first day worked. Basic module paid by the employer
  • Dental on the first day worked. Basic module paid by the employer
  • Life, Disability and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
  • Short and Long Term Disability
  • Retirement / Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), after 12 months of employment
