As a key member of the North America Talent Acquisition team, you will play an essential role in supporting our corporate recruiting efforts. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with stakeholders, and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
In this role, you’ll help ensure that our Talent Acquisition Partners can seamlessly deliver full-cycle recruitment by handling interview coordination through our Phenom platform, managing key pre-employment processes, supporting reporting and system tasks, and providing high-quality stakeholder support.
Our Talent Coordinator team forms the operational backbone of the function—your work will directly contribute to our team's effectiveness and the overall success of our hiring efforts.
You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team of 20 supporting hiring across our Manufacturing, Corporate, and Early Careers functions. Our team is spread across the US and Canada, working as one unified group to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience. We value partnership, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset as we work together to attract and engage top talent across North America.

$52,600.00 - $70,200.00 CAD annually
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
