They will work with a variety of client conditions, primarily adults, with occasional pediatric referrals. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions where you can create a schedule that works for you, assigned to geographic areas around Simcoe County, Ontario.

1. Assess and build accurate therapy care plans based on the client's real environment, including developing health promotion programs, prescribing equipment, and promoting safety.
2. Exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients, solving problems that interfere with their ability to perform important activities.
3. Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary healthcare team, including family members and caregivers, to build holistic treatment goals and service plans.
4. Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, allowing flexible scheduling while providing support and training.

1. Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
2. Current active registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
3. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
