Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and meet customer’s financial needs to process loan applications.
- Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
- Convey information through in person, telephone, and email communications.
- Aide in loan sales, cheque cashing, and in-store promotions.
- Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
- Perform all daily operations of the store.
