Job summary
A Canadian governmental agency based in Vaughan is seeking an Electrician to install and repair electrical controls and panel boxes. The role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and professionalism in customer service. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work and attention to detail is essential. This position is on-site with no remote work options.

Responsibilities
- Install electrical controls and panel boxes.
- Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes.
- Install underground wiring and cables.
- Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations.
- Splice, join and connect wires.
- Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits.
- Determine appropriate selection of materials for hazardous locations.
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults.
- Connect power to audio and visual equipment.
- Install surface mount and/or overhead cables.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.

Languages: English
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
