A leading agribusiness company is seeking Agribusiness Summer Students at their Vauxhall, AB Ag Business Centre. The role involves assisting with crop inputs, scouting crops, performing soil tests, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have strong interest in agriculture and be either students or graduates from relevant programs. This position offers competitive salary and opportunities for training and career development.

- Assist with crop input retail activities.
- Scout crops for weeds, disease and insects.
- Perform soil & tissue testing.
- Assist with the purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to farm customers.

Summer Students are responsible for providing support to our teams at Richardson Pioneer and for supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Vauxhall, AB Ag Business Centres.
- Assist with crop input retail activities

- Strong interest and knowledge of Agriculture

- Students or graduates of an Agriculture degree or diploma program focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science
- A valid driver's licence is required
- Agriculture background is considered an asset but not required
