This position requires 3-5 years of experience in food processing and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, have good communication skills, and be able to train others. The role involves working a weekday 12-hour shift and requires adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in food processing with standard troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Ability to train other Associates in Maintenance operations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose all maintenance failures.
• Train new Associates on maintenance skill sets.
