Key Responsibilities
- Operate multi-function process control machinery to mix, blend, cook, or process food products.
- Monitor gauges and adjust process variables such as cooking times, ingredient inputs, flow rates, and temperature settings.
- Maintain shift logs of production data.
- Apply craft and culinary skills to ensure product quality and consistency, including setting up and adjusting food processing kettles and tanks.
- Operate single-function machines for mixing and blending food products.
- Check product conformance to standards and clear machine blockages as needed, recording information accurately.
