Samurai Sushi & Teriyaki is seeking F/T Cooks.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 3

Work Location: 208 Island Highway East, Parksville, BC V9P 2H7

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
2. Plan menus and determine size of food portions
3. Keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
4. Estimate food requirements and costs and order supplies
5. Supervise kitchen operations and schedule kitchen helpers
6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
7. Involve in hiring and training of kitchen staff

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
