5. Wage Range: $19.39 Hourly

Job Overview: Support a skilled and engaged team as Stewarding Supervisor, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard.

Your Job Duties Include:

1. Train and supervise the Stewarding team in following policies and procedures
2. Assign duties to Stewards
3. Minimize loss and breakage of china, glassware and silverware
4. Ensure Kitchen Colleagues have dishes/silverware as required
5. Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place as per the operational requirement
6. Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

1. English Fluency Level required for position: Advanced
2. Previous two years’ experience in a Stewarding environment required
3. Valid Alberta driver’s license required
4. Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation required
5. Previous one year supervisory experience preferred
6. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred
7. WHMIS and First aid certified an asset
