HACCP Production Associate – Kettle Operator

Sprague Foods Limited is seeking a full-time HACCP Production Kettle Operator to join our team. We are a family-owned business with nearly 100 years of serving the Belleville and Quinte area.

Position Details

  • Role: Kettle Operator
  • Shift: Full-Time

Qualifications

  • Secondary school education (preferred)
  • Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate multi-function process control machinery to mix, blend, cook, or process food products.
  2. Monitor gauges and adjust process variables such as cooking times, ingredient inputs, flow rates, and temperature settings.
  3. Maintain shift logs of production data.
  4. Apply craft and culinary skills to ensure product quality and consistency, including setting up and adjusting food processing kettles and tanks.
  5. Operate single-function machines for mixing and blending food products.
  6. Check product conformance to standards and clear machine blockages as needed, recording information accurately.
