Une entreprise de construction reconnue recherche un Development Planner pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience de 2 à 5 ans en planification dans le secteur résidentiel et sera chargé d'obtenir des consentements de planification sur des terrains détenus par l'entreprise. Ce rôle offre d'excellentes possibilités de promotion vers des postes de gestion dans un environnement stimulant et orienté sur les résultats.
Qualifications
- 2-5 ans d'expérience en planification pour un constructeur de maisons ou autorité locale.
- Connaissance des réglementations de planification.
- Capacité à optimiser les offres foncières.
Responsabilités
- Obtenir des autorisations de planification sur des terrains déjà acquis.
- Optimiser les offres de terrains pour maximiser la rentabilité.
- Travailler en lien avec le directeur de la planification.

PLC Housebuilder urgently require a Development Planner to work in their busy Land and Planning division.
The PLC Housebuilder has an excellent reputation for unlocking some of the largest and most complicated development schemes outside of London and has one of the largest Land banks in the Country.
The role will be to gain planning consent on locked land parcels already owned and to gain planning permission on land that has been bought by the Land department in addition to further optimising land deals with Planning to maximise the profitability of sites by increasing density to fit the company profile and product.
The role will suit someone that has around 2 – 5 years experience of planning for a housebuilder, Consultancy. or Local Authority.
The role will report into the Planning Manager who in turn reports into the Land & Planning Director. There are many promotional aspects with this role and the successful candidate could get promoted to Planning Manager based on results.
