Job summary
A leading producer of industrial products is seeking a Journeyman Welder in Port Mellon, British Columbia. This role requires Red Seal Certification and PWP 7 and 10 certifications. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal production and must be able to work safely and efficiently. - Red Seal Certification
- Class A Pressure Welder Certificate - preferred
- PWP 7, PWP 10 - required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints - required
- Proficiency in fabrication is a valuable asset
- Experience working with in an industrial setting
- Superior troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Hourly rate of $48.66 as per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement
- Overtime is compensated per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement
- Comprehensive benefits package including extended health/dental coverage and pension.
