Ferman Service Departments function on a team-based system where you'll work simultaneously alongside other team members on a single vehicle with the goal of providing our Guests accurate auto service and repair, on time and within budget. This is an Extremely Busy Shop with Strong Hands on Management!

• Yearly Tech Bonus Program.

• Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 +/ Yearly

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on passenger vehicles and light trucks.
• Diagnose and repair drivability issues, engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Use GM diagnostic tools (GDS2, Tech2, MDI) and service information systems (SI).
• Document repairs and communicate effectively with service advisors.
• Ensure customer vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing training and standards education as required by Ferman and the manufacturer for certifications.

• 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (B Level or equivalent).
• Strong familiarity with GM vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• GM training or certification is a major plus.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
