This position provides high level administrative support to the Vice President, Legal. It also includes team facing responsibilities more broadly. The Executive Assistant Legal is responsible for administrative support and broad coordination for the VP of Legal and the Legal Team. This includes calendar management of multiple calendars, travel coordination, support with routine correspondence, invoicing and expense reports, meeting/event planning. The incumbent must be proficient with the Microsoft suite of programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As this role will be supporting senior members at Enbridge and work closely with the Executive team, information is highly confidential and the workload is multifaceted and time sensitive.
