A leading financial services firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support various projects within their Risk Management Office. This role requires over 5 years of PCO experience in financial institutions and proficiency with project management tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with top Canadian banks and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is hybrid, offering a competitive contract with potential for extension based on performance.
Hybrid: 3 days (Anchor days: Tuesday, Thursdays. Days will change based on the project need)
Contract Duration: 01/02/2026 to 10/30/2026

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Global Risk Management Business Delivery Office is a centralized project management office that supports various Risk Management teams across the Bank. As a Senior Project Coordinator you will support/lead a variety of projects across business lines and technologies, using various project management methodologies and tools. You will work in a culturally diverse environment while providing our Technology and Business partners with best-in-class project management expertise.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
The ideal candidate will have a very strong PCO experience and have previously worked Credit Judication and technology Projects
