Qualifications

Hybrid: 3 days (Anchor days: Tuesday, Thursdays. Days will change based on the project need)

Contract Duration: 01/02/2026 to 10/30/2026

Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs

Conversion to FTE: May be, based on performance and business needs

Number of Positions: 1

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Story Behind the Need

Business group: Risk Transformation Management Office (TMO) Project Management Office

Project: Credit Judication Project and End technology Project

Global Risk Management Business Delivery Office is a centralized project management office that supports various Risk Management teams across the Bank. As a Senior Project Coordinator you will support/lead a variety of projects across business lines and technologies, using various project management methodologies and tools. You will work in a culturally diverse environment while providing our Technology and Business partners with best-in-class project management expertise.

Must Have skills

• 5+ years of PCO experience in financial institutions working on project financials.
• 2+ years of recent experience with top 5 Canadian bank (Scotia bank preferred)
• 2+ years of recent Experience using Clarity (CA-PPM)
• 4+ years of experience with MS project
• Strong experience with MS office suite (proficient in excel)
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders / running meetings/ preparing presentations is crucial for this role

Nice to have

• Credit Judication and technology Project experience is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is nice to have

Education

Candidate Review & Selection

• Interview format: 2 rounds
• 1st- Video Interview (30 mins) with HM and a senior Team member: Questions based on previous experience
• 2nd round in-person with HM and director (30 mins): Interview to gauge the team fit.
