A professional regulatory body in Burnaby is seeking a Discipline Coordinator for a 14-month contract. This role involves coordinating the discipline process, managing hearings, and supporting the Discipline Committee. Candidates with 2-5 years in legal or regulatory environments are preferred. The position offers a hybrid work model, with a competitive salary range of $68,500 to $76,500 based on experience, and generous benefits.
Engineers and Geoscientists BC is currently searching for a Discipline Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby on a 14‑month contract from January 2026 until March 2027!
The Discipline Coordinator assists the LEC department and the Discipline Committee with the discipline process of complaints against engineers and geoscientists, or engineering or geoscience firms. The Discipline Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the discipline process, including scheduling of discipline hearings, facilitating the resolution process, and monitoring compliance of discipline conditions.

This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits program including a salary within our hiring range of $68,500 to $76,500.
