Job summary
A logistics company in Ottawa is looking for a candidate who will support the Operations manager and manage driver workflows. The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin with basic French knowledge. Responsibilities include planning delivery routes, supervising drivers, and monitoring performance metrics. Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with basic knowledge of French.
- Strong planning and organizational skills necessary.
- Demonstrates collaborative teamwork spirit.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operations manager in team development.
- Managing and supervising the work of drivers.
- Planning driver delivery areas and routes.
- Handling problematic packages.
- Monitoring delivery KPIs of drivers.
- Assisting the operation director and colleagues with other work.
