The role involves managing real estate operations across a nationwide network including coordinating maintenance requests, lease obligations, and supporting branch builds. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication skills in both English and French.   • Coordinate site maintenance requests and monitor the Realty Services inbox.
  • Assist with lease obligations, expense reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Support new branch builds, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed property records for future renovations and warranties.

Join our Corporate Realty Services team and gain hands‑on experience in managing real estate operations across a nationwide retail network of 260+ branches and 4 centralized sites. In this role, you’ll support the Director of Realty Services and collaborate with specialists, project managers on leasing, maintenance, construction, and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate site maintenance requests and monitor the Realty Services inbox.
  • Assist with lease obligations, expense reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Support new branch builds, refurbishments and relocations.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed property records for future renovations and warranties.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Real Estate/Facility Management (preferred).
  • Experience in property management or realty services is an asset.
  • Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills; detail‑oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
