- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years in a Backend Development Java role with a solid understanding of J2EE technologies
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Previous experience in a managed services environment
