We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Solution Architect who will play a key role in designing secure, scalable, and business-aligned security solutions for our clients. You will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define architectures, evaluate technologies, and guide end-to-end cybersecurity transformations. This role requires strong expertise across enterprise security domains, excellent communication skills in French, and the ability to translate complex security concepts into business‑oriented guidance.

Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Solution Design: Develop end‑to‑end cybersecurity architectures across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. Lead the design of solutions across SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, CASB/SASE, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management. Produce architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, roadmaps, and high‑level/low‑level design documents (HLD/LLD). Ensure solutions align with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and regulatory requirements (PCI‑DSS, PIPEDA, SOC2).
2. Client Engagement & Advisory: Communicate cybersecurity recommendations clearly in French to business and technical stakeholders. Conduct workshops, discovery assessments, and architecture review sessions with clients. Provide strategic advisory on cybersecurity maturity, Zero Trust adoption, cloud security posture, and secure digital transformation.
3. Technology Evaluation & Integration: Evaluate emerging security tools and technologies (Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, Tenable, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto, etc.). Define integration patterns using APIs, SIEM connectors, SOAR playbooks, and automation workflows. Establish security architecture standards, governance models, and reusable design patterns.
4. Project Leadership: Lead multi‑disciplinary teams for solution implementation and delivery. Support RFP responses, architecture reviews, and proposal development. Provide guidance during deployment, testing, and operational transition to SOC or IT operations teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (Architecture, Engineering, SOC, Cloud Security, or IAM).

Demonstrated experience designing solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.

Strong knowledge of:

• SIEM / SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• EDR / XDR platforms
• Identity Security (Azure AD, Okta, IAM / PAM)
• CASB / SASE / SSE
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
• Network Security and Zero Trust

Certifications (Preferred):

• Vulnerability and Threat Management
• CISSP, CCSP, CISM
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
• Microsoft Security (SC‑100, SC‑200, SC‑300, AZ‑500)
• AWS Security Specialty
• GIAC certifications

Language Requirement:

• French (fluent) — verbal and written
• English proficiency

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
