This permanent position offers an hourly rate of $31.00 to $46.75 and requires 1-2 years of relevant experience. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science or information technology is required.
• It is advantageous to be certified for Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Responsabilidades

• Discovering hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical problems.
• Identifying and repairing flaws.
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Hardware and software installation and configuration.

• Giving customers timely and accurate feedback.

• Replace or repair the required components.
