• Assigning staffmembers to clean‑up duties and checking their work to make sure the established standards are being met.
  
• Establishing staff schedules and arranging replacements as necessary.
  
• Investigating complaints of subpar housekeeping service and taking action.
  
• Giving the housekeeping staff training.
  
• Taking regular stock of cleaning supplies and placing stock orders as necessary.
  
• Issuing cleaning supplies and tools as necessary to housekeeping staff.
  
• Selecting candidates for housekeeping and advising on promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  
• Performing a variety of cleaning tasks when there is a staffing shortage.
  

• GED or high school diploma
  
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
  
• Working knowledge of housekeeping is required.
  
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Excellent customer service abilities.
  
• Communication abilities that are effective.
  

• Permanent Position
• 30 to 44 hours per week
