A leading construction firm in Calgary is seeking a Supervisor for Design & Engineering in Telecommunications. The role is responsible for leading a team of telecommunications network designers and ensuring high-quality OSP infrastructure. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in telecommunications, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance several times a week.

Qualificações
- 10+ years in the telecommunications or engineering industries.
- 1-5+ years managing engineers or designers.
- Experience in design and/or construction of outside-plant telecommunication network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with QA processes and design package validation.
- Experience in permitting OSP network in Canada and the US is an asset.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise a team of designers.
- Conduct final reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage budgets and schedules for all engineering assignments.
- Interface with clients for technical and commercial matters.
- Incorporate safety into design processes.
