What You’ll Do
  • Manage and support a team of Technical Support Specialists, level 1 to level 3, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support.
  • Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings with your team, coaching and developing them to achieve both performance and career goals.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring technical challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with global support, sales, and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Provide your team with the resources, training, and guidance needed for success, while streamlining processes across departments.
  • Implement process improvements and documentation updates to meet the demands of a fast‑growing organisation.
  • Contribute to the strategy for growing SOTI’s footprint in Romania and EMEA, playing a key role in establishing and scaling our operations in the region.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of technical support management experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard‑working, fast‑learner, self‑motivated, results‑oriented).
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
  • Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases.
  • Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions is an asset.
  • Any experience with Microsoft SQL.
