A leading beverage company in Canada is seeking a Delivery Supervisor responsible for managing a team of 16 Delivery Drivers across two locations. The role includes coaching, conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and resolving customer issues. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and analytical skills. The Delivery Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by ensuring PBC products are delivered to all customers in a pre-determined territory. This individual is responsible for cultivating a strong team environment, motivating the Delivery Drivers to provide superior marketplace execution and customer service while achieving PBC delivery objectives.
This role is responsible for 2 locations: New Glasgow, NS & Bridgewater NS. The candidate must be willing to travel to both locations. You can be located in Dartmouth, New Glasgow or Bridgewater.
