Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Treasury Analyst, Front Office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Treasury, this role provides direct support to the OPG business units, focusing on treasury services and activities. The analyst will work within the Treasury to support reporting, research, and other activities to meet the goals of the Corporate Treasury Group.

• Support all treasury operation activities, including liquidity management, short-term borrowing and investments, operational banking relationships, counterparty credit, and management reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and support project financing, reporting, research, and other treasury activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Completion of a 4-year university degree and a recognized accounting designation or professional designation such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate financing and treasury functions.
• Experience in financial management and accounting environments, familiar with treasury instruments, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of economics, business policy, financial markets, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Access, and macros.

This position will move to OPG Corporate Headquarters: In Summer 2025, located at 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa, ON. Until then, the role is based in Toronto, ON.
