TextNow is looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting that supports strategic decision‑making across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations and reporting packages for senior management
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluations
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial statements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving ability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Estimated Base Salary Range by Location:

  • Canada (CAD): $103,700 – $140,300
  • US – National (USD): $114,800 – $155,300

Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, location, and on‑the‑job performance. We’re committed to paying competitively to hire and retain high‑caliber talent. We recognize that exceptional talent may fall outside of these ranges; we encourage all qualified candidates to apply even if their compensation expectations are outside of the listed range.
