A logistics company in Toronto is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations and partnerships across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3+ years of HR experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred. Qualificações
- 2–3+ years of professional HR experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or related roles.
- Knowledge of U.S. and/or Canadian employment laws and HR practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-border, or multi-location environment preferred.

- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities.
- Drive talent review, goal-setting, and performance evaluation processes.
- Serve as main HR contact for employee relations.
