Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill is seeking a motivated New & Used Car Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while growing their careers in automotive sales.

• Compensation: This is a commission-based pay structure. Earnings are estimated from $60,000 to $120,000 based on experience levels and personal motivation.
• Commission-based pay with performance-based earning potential.

• Proven automotive sales experience preferred.

• Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed.

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences.

• Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals.

• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
