Position: Associate Relationship Manager, Small Business - National

The Strategy & Execution Team is responsible for contributing to the success of EDC’s 2030 Corporate Plan. The team seeks a self‑motivated, organized, service‑oriented Associate Relationship Manager. Reporting to the National Manager, your primary responsibility will be researching and connecting with companies across multiple sectors. This position utilizes an integrated strategy that may include, but is not limited to, lead generation by EDC marketing, working with associations and partner lead lists, networking, and working closely with the Small Business Relationship Managers. The role plays a critical part in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make the lead generation discipline and the Strategy & Execution Team successful, including proactive prospecting and outbound engagement with potential clients.
