The Strategic Sales Merchant/Planner is a hybrid role that integrates global & regional planning and merchant strategy to drive financial success and deliver guest‑centric assortments. This individual partners with Global Merchandising and Strategic Sales to translate program‑specific insights—such as account feedback, channel goals, and industry trends—into relevant product strategies. They monitor business performance across time horizons, respond to shifts in trend with agility, and balance foresight, insight, and hindsight to protect the guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,000-$113,500 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
