You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Oracle Cloud Senior Project Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of business led, technology-enabled Oracle ERP transformation programs, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies
• Defining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the business goals and the client's statement of work
• Developing work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on-time delivery
• Identifying and managing project dependencies, resources, risks and critical path
• Providing team leads with guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Managing all aspects of project budgets and change requests
• Contributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
• Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firm’s Oracle methodologies and assets
• Managing third‑party and offshore resources

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Proven years of experience in large-scale complex ERP project management, business transformations, and systems implementation. At least five full life cycles of Oracle project management experience, including managing multiple Oracle Cloud engagements for complex client organizations.
• In-depth project management experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud engagements from project launch to closure, with team size exceeding 30 team members
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud cross‑pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP with CX), and solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud methodologies
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• PwC’s Project Managers have a high visibility among internal leadership and client stakeholders; prior experience in effective and regular communication, including status and project vision, to all stakeholders is a must
• Effective communication that appreciates the nuances between technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior client stakeholders and executives
• Experience working in the Government, Healthcare and Public Sector is considered an asset
• Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with a quality mindset, to lead complex RFP responses for large Oracle Cloud engagements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification/experience is highly desired

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range* for this position is $144,700.00 – $193,000.00 – $241,200.00 CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

* Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
