But du poste

L’agent.e, service à la clientèle a comme principales responsabilités d’être le premier point de contact téléphonique avec les clients de l’entreprise et il doit accomplir diverses tâches administratives et techniques qui y sont rattachées.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Prendre les appels entrants et sortants des clients;
  • Recevoir et traiter les courriels des clients;
  • Acheminer les demandes de facilités de crédit aux agents de crédit;
  • Faire les ouvertures de dossiers dans le système informatique;
  • Vérifier le contenu des demandes de financement clients (documents manquants);
  • Rejoindre le client pour obtenir les documents nécessaires à la demande de facilité;
  • Répondre aux questions du client et documenter toute information pertinente au traitement du dossier;
  • Utiliser les différents canaux de communication (appel, courriel) avec les clients qui ont des retards de paiement et des comptes en souffrance;
  • Prendre en charge les appels/courriels des clients qui demandent des modifications de paiements, report etc.
  • Faire preuve d’écoute active et déterminer les actions à prendre;
  • Accomplir toutes autres tâches confiées par son supérieur immédiat ou connexes à la fonction.

Connaissance et compétences requises

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires;
  • Expérience de 6 mois dans un rôle en service à la clientèle en centre d’appels;
  • Expérience dans une PME (atout);
  • Être en mesure d’effectuer multiples tâches à la fois;
  • Reconnu pour votre efficacité, votre débrouillardise et votre sens de l’organisation;
  • Reconnu pour votre attitude positive et vos idées d’amélioration;
  • Capacité à s’adapter facilement et rapidement;
  • Sens du service à la clientèle;
  • Habileté à établir rapidement un climat de confiance avec le client;
  • Reconnu pour vos habiletés convaincantes et vos capacités de conclure une entente;
  • Reconnu pour être un joueur d’équipe;
  • Facilité à aller au-devant et au-delà des besoins de votre équipe;
  • Capacité à développer et entretenir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

Job purpose

The customer service agent's main responsibilities are to be the first point of telephone contact with the company's customers, and to perform a variety of related administrative and technical tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Take incoming and outgoing customer calls;
  • Receive and process customer e-mails;
  • Forward credit facility applications to loan officers;
  • Open files in the computer system;
  • Check the content of customer financing applications (missing documents);
  • Contact the customer to obtain the necessary documents for the facility request;
  • Answer customer questions and document all information relevant to the case;
  • Use various communication channels (call, e-mail) to deal with customers with overdue payments and overdue accounts;
  • Handle calls/emails from customers requesting payment changes, postponements, etc.
  • Listen actively and determine the action to be taken;
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position.

Knowledge and skills required

  • High school diploma;
  • 6 months' experience in a call center customer service role;
  • Experience in an SME (asset);
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Recognized for your efficiency, resourcefulness and organizational skills;
  • Recognized for your positive attitude and ideas for improvement;
  • Ability to adapt quickly and easily;
  • Sense of customer service;
  • Ability to quickly establish a climate of trust with customers;

  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations;
