What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones and computers
  5. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must speak both French and English fluently
  2. An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
  3. 1+ year of customer service experience
  4. A high school diploma or GED
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and a quiet workspace at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Eagerness to learn new technologies
  3. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
