What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
  5. Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Fluency in both French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  2. A desktop or laptop computer for testing (may be provided based on position)
  3. High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
