What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Maintain extensive knowledge of client products and/or services
5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
2. Fluent in both French and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities
3. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
4. High school diploma or GED
5. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
2. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
3. Eagerness to learn new technologies
4. Experience in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
5. A desktop or laptop for testing, with potential for a work computer provided
