What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  5. Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must be fluent in both French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  3. Experience in a remote work setting
