What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Must speak both French and English fluently
2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
3. High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification preferred
4. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
