What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  2. Assist customers with resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
  5. Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must speak fluent French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Experience with remote work environments
  3. Strong desire to learn new technologies
  4. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service setting
  5. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
