What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
Assist customers with resolving basic technical issues
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must speak fluent French and English
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
Experience with remote work environments
Strong desire to learn new technologies
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service setting
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
