We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily (PM) operations and ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating leadership and management skills to foster a positive work environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Manage staff through effective team management, including hiring, training, and supervising employees.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Utilize POS systems (including Micros POS) for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve profitability.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
