The successful candidate can expect to work 32 - 40 hours per week, with availability for AM / PM, weekday, and weekend shifts. The role involves wearing two hats: serving as both a cashier and an office clerk when needed.

Regular Store Hours:

Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm

As part of our front-end team, you are passionate about leaving a positive impression, greeting customers warmly, and providing excellent service. You will guide customers through their purchases, handle transactions accurately, and assist with last-minute questions or product selections. Additionally, you will support the management team with data entry, correspondence, store signage, and customer communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assist management with printing schedules and sales reports, and completing daily duties
• Ensure data entry is accurate and current
• Manage correspondence from Head Office and handle store signage and customer communication, including printing sale tags and adjusting prices
• Maintain cash float, count tills, and manage coin orders
• Prepare daily schedules, complete cash checklists, deposits, and balance sheets
• Send daily and hourly sales reports, process charges, and handle customer returns
• Support cash handling, troubleshoot till issues, and assist with other duties as needed
• Develop extensive product knowledge of Nature’s Fare Markets items
• Manage customer wait times and ensure efficient processing and bagging
• Keep your area clean, organized, and attractive
• Build connections with customers, explain promotions and loyalty programs
• Greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and promote incentives
• Process transactions, bag products, and thank customers as they leave
• Support team members and maintain store appearance
• Learn about new and featured products
