- Ensure transactions are entered correctly and in line with Rec Room policies and cash handling procedures.
- Educate guests on The Rec Room offerings to maximize their visit.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked counter.
- Deliver exceptional service and entertainment experiences to guests.
- Upsell retail items, prizing, and explain product functionality.
- Set up and tear down for functions, events and activities.
- Inform guests of pricing for special events, promotions and daily events.
- Ensure guests adhere to site health and safety policies and procedures.
- Relay guest inquiries and concerns to Supervisors as needed.
- Cash handling and processing transactions per standards.
- Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail.
- Some experience with customer service preferred.

- Working varied shifts.
- Working alone for full shifts.
