A leading automotive company is seeking a Low Voltage Quality Specialist to ensure high quality standards in low voltage systems. The selected candidate will analyze warranty and telemetric data, lead issue resolution with various stakeholders, and contribute to quality improvement efforts across multiple regions. This hybrid role is located in the Durham Region, requiring a minimum of three days at the workplace.
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Markham Elevation Centre (MEC) and/ or Oshawa Elevation Centre (OEC) three times per week, at minimum.
Low Voltage Quality Specialist is needed to ensure continuity with Low Voltage Electric Power domain which continues to be a high quality focus area and high customer interface that is significantly above the warranty target. This position is the single point “voice of the customer” supporting the Low Voltage Electric Power teams acting as gatekeepers for Warranty IPTV/Compass/J.D. Power and Warranty Spend. Leading focus of the organization towards quality across all programs and analyzing customer issues that can be fed back to engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, CCA and other cross functional teams.
Key responsibilities are listed below, but may be expanded to support attainment of corporate goals: The main task of a Quality Specialist is to understand the customer and ensure that their new vehicle is exceeding expectations. This will be achieved by reviewing several sources of data including DTC and State-of-Charge (SOC) data through OnStar, dealer warranty claim data, and applicable customer surveys.
