Architectural Technologists and Architects

Location: St. John's, NL

Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with a client in the St. John's, NL area in search of full-time permanent Architectural Technologists and Architects.

Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate must be a certified Architectural Technologist or Architect.
2. Competencies in building science, mechanics, specifications, fire and life safety, accessibility, and national building code are required.
3. Software proficiency in using Revit, BIM360, and Bluebeam software is mandatory; AutoCad is considered an asset.
4. Possess strong accuracy, quality, and efficiency in the design and documentation process.
